Please reference the shipping timeframe in the product(s) description which you ordered. All inventory in hand ships in 2-3 business days. Orders containing a preorder item will ship upon the timeframe of the preorder product, so if you purchase a in-hand and a preorder item, they will ship together during the timeframe of the preorder product, unless purchased separately. If you purchase an item on preorder, your order item will ship in the estimated time given in that product’s description. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Preorder shipment timelines are subject to change due to factory delays.

All purchased items are final. Thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer sizing charts for our products. If items are defective, please email preacheruniversity@gmail.com and we will resolve the situation. The item(s) must be unharmed, unworn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

Defective garments have rips, stains, misprints, wrong sizes shipped (not the correct size(s) you ordered) upon receiving the item(s). Please allow a 1-2 inch seam allowance from any item’s size chart. Seam Allowance larger than 2” equates to a “defective Item” and can be exchanged. If items are defective, the cost of shipping for a new item will be covered by Preacher Company. If you choose to return the product for a refund, your payment will be refunded to point of purchase. Please allow up to 10-15 days for your money to be refunded.

If your items are redeemed defective, you will be able to receive a FULL refund, or exchange for a new item at equal or lesser value.

All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 24-hours after purchase. Orders after 24 hours are not subject to be cancelled. Any cancelled orders are subject to a $4.99 restocking and admin fee, which will be reimbursed from the refund. Orders resulting in a delay does not allow items to be refunded.
